9:44 pm	Fun Halloween Costumes Well hi there...  I will just say thank you for reading one of my little blurbs.  I am going to learn how to write... Oh yes I am.  My promise to you is the stories will always get better!  Not sure how you got here so..  Perhaps with a casual Google search.  Thank you... for real! Okay well it is time for Halloween again and this is my favorite time of the year... Halloween is the one time of the year that everybody,  not only lets you act crazy they expect you to act a little crazy and break out of your routine and have FUN!!Yes... Yes... Yes... You can finally let that inner demon inside you out. And maybe, down deep in your heart and your soul....  Maybe the need to feel like a dancer, and you want to be the sexiest pirate of the seven seas....   The sexiest pirate anyone has ever seen and by chance ...   There are several pirate costumes to select from! I got a few Halloween costumes that I haven't even seen anywhere else.  And I've only got a couple of some as they were very difficult to get.  However, we found them just for you.  Maybe way inside your being, you need to be a police officer or maybe the sexy rough copper.  Maybe the dirty copper with the real cuffs, making sure everybody pays attention and does what is correct (or maybe just your way!). Yes!!  That is "kewel"!!  You can be whatever you need to be... only because it's HALLOWEEN!! There are times when you might want to dress up and be a nursemaid...   Are you drawn to the good maid, the bad maid, naughty nurse, sexy nurse this is the season to be the nurse you have always wanted to be!! You can just let 'er rip and be whoever you want to be, because it's Halloween!!  A time for all fantasies to come true.  Go out and smile and just have fun because you are who you are and we all love you for it.  Thank you very much ....Lori of Lori's Lingerie! 3:12 pm	Establishing Negligenc In Order to Establish Negligence A person is neglectful when he or she neglects to act like the basic ordinary reasonable person.blame when, if and when that person acts outside of the bounds of what a "normal" responsible human being would do. Of course the critical issue in many cases is just how an "ordinary, reasonable person" was expected to act in the particular situation that caused the trauma.What one has to do is to prove what a "Normal" person would have/ should have concluded in the situation. For example, an common, reasonable person can travel down the Interstate Highway, which has a posted speed limit of 65 miles per hour, at 65 miles per hour. However, if wet leaves is present, the same average, reasonable person would be expected to reduce his/her speed of travel. Guess someone plows into your car while she was driving at 55 or 45 or 35? Would that be what the standard ordinary reasonable person should have done?BUT because there is a snowfall on the HWY, which of course will increase the time needed for slowing down and stopping. Now the person driving another car is driving at the speed limit of 55 miles per hour or maybe even a little faster, let us just say 60 mph. AND of course you have slowed down to drive in the bad weather conditions that are present. And well... Needless to say the slam into you. Are they at blame? Well one of course would argue "Yes" simply because they hit you in the back. However... Are they even more at fault because they were driving too fast for conditions? This is where one has to establish evidence that the other person was driving too fast and is there for negligent. As a "normal" person would have driven slow because of the icy condition. The conclusion of whether a given has met his/her "ordinary rational person" standard is often a issue that is answered by a jury after presentation of grounds and debate at trial. 4:25 pm	Halloween Masks and Costumes... Have you taken the time to search for your new Halloween Costume yet? A major part of the costume industry includes Halloween masks. A popular part of Halloween celebrations, Halloween masks are not the answer to everyone's costume needs. Here is a look at the good and bad of this Halloween accessory. A postiive atribute to the Halloween Mask is that one can easily slip one and and instantly be an unkown member of the party.There are many types of masks to choose from, some can be from a simple "Robbin" eye bandit type mask, all the way to the all encompassing mask that will even change the shape of your head and face. Some will even change your voice for you!Always another positive for the Adult Halloween Costumed "Trick or Treater" is that the Halloween masks are incrediably easy to use, slip on and slip off. There is also the possibility of using face paint. However this can take a great deal of time and also if not done well... Well you bet you may end up looking quite different from what you really intended. Store/internet bought masks that when worn the wrong way can and will be dangerous. Special care should be taken to make sure that the mask does not block your vision or your breathing. This is just a fact and can be even more so when dealing with a child mask, as they are so excited to be out trick or treating, they will be having way to much fun to notice the danger. Please always test your child's vision and breathing abilities before you send them on their way. While Halloween masks can be a affordable alternative to a full costume, it is quite possible for them to turn into quite the investment. The more detailed a mask is, the will often be. So if you are on a budget, you may have to settle for a less detailed Halloween mask, or an alternative like face painting, to achieve a similar effect. Lori...
